Unfortunately, because I actually really like the fun run, me and a small group of girls were stuck with helping with the lunches for about an hour. We only really came out at the end of it all. Some of the kids questioned my whereabouts but I only laughed in their face while enduring in my own personal misery of not getting to run. (I like running if you get blasted in the face with water from a hose)
The rest of the day, though I was originally going to do the activities (think it was called 'Top Town'), I got stuck with taking photos. Which, don't get me wrong, I love the activities, were a much funnier and interesting thing to do. As much as I loved the activities, watching kids slipping and falling everywhere while trying their hardest to get their team to win, was funny and fun themselves. I also got to change to different teams and talk to all the kids. Though, I really do wish I got to help with the tug-of-war. Some of the teams kept failing so much! (one being my old team (#otl))
Photo time!
(These photos do not belong to me, they're my teacher's. The shots I took were different, and they're also on the iPad from next door, which I regret immensely for using because now I can't get them!)
^ This guy right here was the best. (And the miraculous sudden change of height! (#sarcasm #noonenoticed #exceptme))
